Stephanie Mencarelli is an award-winning and multi-disciplinary Design Leader with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for organizations such as Spotify, Walmart, and InVision.

Her contributions to product design can be seen in the Spotify desktop app, web player, and tablet, where she played a crucial role in the industry-defining Connect feature, which later influenced the design of Chromecast. She also spearheaded the integration of Walmart Grocery and Walmart eCommerce into a seamless app and website, which garnered numerous awards for its innovative features. Additionally, she was responsible for the successful launch and growth of Walmart’s first-ever membership program, Walmart+.

Stephanie joined InVision in 2021 and led the development of a new brand and the launch of the smart workboard software, Freehand. Under her leadership, InVision achieved a remarkable 30% year-over-year growth, and the product won “Best User Experience” and “Easiest to Use” from G2 and Comparably.

Now Stephanie is the Head of Design for the fastest-growing start-up ever, Jasper. Jasper is a unicorn valued at over $1.5 Billion in the artificial intelligence space.
